Approachable Professional Supportive
Do you have a particular life obstacle you’re trying to overcome? Does life sometimes feel overwhelming? Perhaps seeking help from a professional is the best way to put things into perspective. As an approachable and supportive Psychotherapist, your wellbeing is my priority.
Hello, I’m Katharine, a fully qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Esher, Surrey. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
Life can be extremely complex and feel difficult at times. My aim is to be an approachable and professional support to guide you through any challenges you may find yourself experiencing. I truly care about my clients well-being and am committed to helping you be the best version of yourself.
It is important that you feel I am the right therapist for you. That is why I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation. This is not a therapy session but a way for us to meet and ensure you feel comfortable working together.
A Bit About Therapy
Sometimes difficult feelings and life circumstances or events can take us by surprise and leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed or out of control. When you are experiencing a stressful or challenging time in your life, talking to a professional therapist can help you make sense of things and make changes where appropriate.
Services I Offer
In this new world that we find ourselves in it is perhaps more important than ever to be able to access support. I am able to offer short or long term therapy in person, online through zoom or via the telephone.
A Happier, Healthier You
Counselling usually addresses a specific problem, such as work related stress, relationship issues, panic attacks, worrying or unwanted thoughts and depression to name just a few. It will help you find better ways to cope. It is generally short term.
Here For You
Psychotherapy focuses on a broader range of issues which lead us to behave and think in certain ways. It is usually long term and offers a deeper personal insight.
